Another Year... G.O.N.E

*Takes deep breath*
Sigh... another year coming to an end too soon. I'm not ready for it to be over but too bad time won't wait for me. I guess I'm just a "timeless" person. Ouhkay, let's see whether I've accomplished any of my resolutions for 2009.
2009's resolutions:
#1. I NEED TO LOSE AT LEAST 5KG!!! I don't want to turn into a fishball. Cause it's sad that I'm not one of those who looks cute when chubby =(
I did lost 5kg. It's just that I gained it back and more towards the end of the year =X
#2. I need to practice proper time management. Cause it's never enough to just learn about it =(
Tick tock tick tock... No use. I'm still not practicing at all.
#3. I must make myself emotionally strong. Cause people will always accidentally hurt you and I'm too old to bawl and whine =(
I'm there! I'm there! I've learned reverse psychology yer! Try to fuck with me and you'll get yourself fucked-up down left right front back inside out =DDD
#4. I must save more. Cause driving lessons cost as much as a golden bomb and I'm practically broke =(
LOSER! I'm spending like a billionaire's daughter!
#5. I need to learn how to cook more sophisticated dishes. Not just instant noodles, fried foods, water, rice and sambal cause I'm expected to know how to cook lauk raye (raya dishes) when married and it takes years to become a good cook. Yelar, masak tak sedap nanti laki lari rumah gi lepak rumah mak ngechek makanan =P
I can cook =D But I need instructions while doing so.
#6. I must stop the bad habits I have like... procrastinating, being demanding, sleeping late, waking late, eating junk food, being the queen of Late Land, not shaving my armpits often (haha!) and making Boo Boo pamper me. Cause it is time I realize that the world does not revolves around my beautiful red panties =(
I'm still procrastinating, demanding, sleeping late, waking late, eating junk food, being the queen of Late Land and making Boo Boo pamper me =( However, I do shave my armpits often so... I'm halfway there aites?
#7. I need to wean myself off from Boo Boo. Cause I'm taking too much of his time (am I?) that his world now revolves around my beautiful red panties instead =P
Tried but failed coz our time together is too precious to me. The NS experience only makes it worse coz I can't wait to meet Boo Boo and spend as much time together as possible before he has to book in camp. Those of you without a loVing boyfriend in NS will never understand this feeling so just shut up!
#8. I need to be more fierce. Cause people never understand until you scream their arses off =(
Hmm... I've decided to scrap "being fierce" coz appearing murderously calm works better. Hey, my dad's doctor commented my mom and me look like sisters but when he saw my expression... my dad got free medicine and consultation. That happened at SGH Urology Centre =D So yeah, be murderously calm.
#9. I need to be a more fulfilling child and be happy with whatever I have in life. Cause no one can stand an irritating ass always tugging for money =(
I'm happy with what I have. I don't ask for money from my parents and I DON'T GET ANY POCKET MONEY ANYMORE. I'm MISS INDEPENDENT. Well, almost. But it definitely feels good knowing that you're spending with your own money not your parents'. It makes me more wiser about my financial management.
#10. I must stop being a jealous bitch even when someone is trying to flirt with my Boo Boo. Cause I'm an angel =P
Nyaha! Only a girlfriend who doesn't loVe her boyfriend deeply won't be affected. Anyway, this resolution #10 was made for fun ya.
HAHAHAHAHA! I think I need to work harder at keeping my resolutions. I'm gonna list my 2010 resolutions now:
#1. Lose 6kg from my weight as of now and keep it off!
#2. Lead a healthy active lifestyle. Means more exercise and eating clean! CUT DOWN ON FATTY FOODS AND BEVERAGES! EAT LESSER!
#3. Stabilize my finances. I need to draw up a budget and stick to it!
#4. Focus on my studies more! Put in my best efforts! No slacking! After all, I've screwed up my grades damn bad enough this year =(
#5. Start writing my own recipe book. I aim to be able to cook independently before marriage ey. My own recipe book will help me when I'm lost coz I'm sure everyone needs guidance once in a while.
#6. Keep my loved ones happy. That includes my hamsters and cats.
#7. Be recognized.
#8. Curb my bad habits, especially procrastinating and being late.
#9. Get my driving license.
#10. Keep my relationship with Boo Boo going strong and more loVing. 6 more years... 6 more years... Tomorrow it'll be 5 more years. WAH!
Those are my resolutions for 2010 and I'm determined to accomplish at least 8 of them. Wish me luck =)
That's all for now. It's 11.52pm. 8 minutes to a whole new year. I hope we'll get to 2011 together without anyone left behind for good.
